Two former classmates, drink-stall operator Loh May Wan and wealthy socialite Jessica Shelley, cross paths again when their daughters Ah Yoke and Ella are involved in a car accident. Henceforth, their lives are inextricably entwined.

2 - Episode Two 24 min

The complexities of the Shelley family unravel as everyone from ex-wives to step-siblings fret over Ella at the hospital.

3 - Episode Three 24 min

Jessica is determined to find out who borrowed money from the loan sharks. Kenneth gets worried when Deanna has to go back to the hospital again for a check up. Ah Hock receives another online post from his father, much to May Wan’s displeasure.

4 - Episode Four 23 min

Deanna continues dealing with her health issues and worries about Kenneth’s inability to manage the household without her. Jessica tries to resolve the loan shark crisis and Louis springs a surprise.

5 - Episode Five 23 min

Ananya and Kenneth clash over Deanna, and in the process they begin to wonder if everything is fine with Deanna. Zaryn continues to keep Syirah’s pregnancy under wraps. Meanwhile, May Wan receives a surprise inheritance.

Deanna wrestles with the reality of her diagnosis as Ananya tries to be there for her. Syirah gets jealous when she learns that Zaryn’s relationship with Rosnani continues to be closer than she thought.

Despite Ananya’s attempts to engage Deanna, Deanna continues to keep her distance. Zaryn manages to convince Syirah to give him more time to strategise his divorce with Rosnani. After coming across an old news article, Jessica starts to suspect who her real daughter might be.

Ella volunteers at Good Faith Park Hospital hoping to get close to Dr Shen. Eunice is shocked to learn that Jessica has met Ah Yoke. Handsome and Zara’s online posts send Matthew and Ah Yoke on a stakeout that leads to a surprising revelation.

Ah Yoke is surprised to learn that Handsome is still maintaining those fake Steven Loh online posts. James inadvertently gets on the wrong side of Ananya. Ella, meantime, decides to make a serious move on Dr Shen.

The results of the much-anticipated DNA test throw the Shelleys and the Lohs into panic. At the hospital, Zaryf and Dr Shen start clashing and forming a bad impression of one another.

Ah Yoke finds out more about the circumstances surrounding her birth. At the Balas, Deanna is introspective when Nathan confides in Kenneth rather than her.

After learning about the Ella situation, Louis lends Jessica his support. Ananya and Deanna fall out after the latter reveals her decision to forgo her cancer treatment.

Upset after her fallout with Ananya, Deanna drops a bombshell on Kenneth. Tension between Zaryf and Dr Shen deepens when Zaryf undermines him in front of a patient. An encounter between Ella and Ah Yoke results in a heated argument between them.

Adina suspects that Rosnani and Zaryn have been lying to her about their hospital visits. Deanna worries when Kenneth appears unable to speak honestly with their children about the topic of death.

Ella and Ah Yoke continue to reel from the revelation about what happened during their birth. Zaryf finally discovers June’s lies when he tries to lodge a complaint of Dr Shen on her behalf.

17 - Episode Seventeen 23 min

James gets worried when he learns that Ananya has been researching on the Oncology department at the hospital. May Wan decides to dress up for Ella’s sake, much to Ah Yoke’s dismay.

May Wan tries to get Ella to meet with Handsome. Zaryn is suspicious of Rosnani and starts keeping track of her movements. Ah Yoke runs into an old friend and the reunion gets Ah Hock worried.

19 - Episode Nineteen 23 min

Tension between James and Ananya runs high after James’ plan to lighten Ananya’s workload backfires. Rosnani comes clean to Zaryn about taking up a business diploma course when he suspects her of having an affair.

20 - Episode Twenty 24 min

Dr Shen saves a drunk Ah Yoke from a near accident and realises she could be someone who helped him before. Meanwhile, Jessica and May Wan team up and arm twist James into launching an investigation into the baby swap.

21 - Episode Twenty-One 23 min

Deanna gets a scare when she suffers a dizzy spell on the way back from the hospital. Jessica is shocked at James’ ruthlessness when he plans to cut Ella’s family allowance.

22 - Episode Twenty-Two 24 min

When Kenneth surprises Deanna with some good news, Deanna realises she can’t keep the truth about her illness from him for much longer. Meanwhile, Zaryn blames Syirah’s pregnancy for messing up his life.

23 - Episode Twenty-Three 24 min

The Shelleys desperately try to put an end to the bad publicity generated by the viral photo of Ella. Deanna’s plan to break the news of her cancer to Kenneth gets derailed. Syirah gets jealous of Rosnani and takes it out on Zaryn.

24 - Episode Twenty-Four 24 min

Things get tense between Ananya and Deanna when the former gets too pushy. Ella struggles to adapt to her new environment and gets little sympathy from Ah Yoke. At the Balas, Kenneth overreacts when Nathan gets a cough.

25 - Episode Twenty-Five 24 min

With Ananya’s help, Deanna prepares to lose her hair. Syirah finds out what Zaryn has been hiding from her. Meanwhile, tensions continue to rise between Ah Yoke and Ella.

26 - Episode Twenty-Six 23 min

Syirah’s plot to break up Rosnani and Zaryn comes to a head. Ella, meantime, continues adjusting to life with the Lohs.

27 - Episode Twenty-Seven 10 min

Ananya moves in to help Deanna with the kids and realises how long and busy Deanna’s days are. Zaryf has an argument with Zaryn when he learns that the latter has no intention to end things with Syirah.
