In Darwin, Jason swims in the Crocodile Tank and visits Litchfield National Park. He goes heli-pubbing and savours the delicious barra burger, then catches and cooks black pepper mud crab.

Jason visits Australia’s oldest winery in Adelaide and has a memorable dining experience in top restaurant, ORANA. For some sightseeing, he rides a bike through the Barossa Valley.

In Western Australia, Jason visits vineyards, goes on a food adventure for crayfishes, truffles, finger limes and has a food truck experience of Brazilian food in Perth city.

In Tasmania, Jason immerses himself in nature by visiting Cradle Mountain and Weindorfer’s Forest Walk. He also experiences Hobart's Café culture and goes on a hunt for fresh seafood.

Jason catches his own lunch at Buxton trout farm, visits a stonefruit orchard, learns how to make sausages at The Green Olive and learns how to cook from a top Australian chef, Guy Grossi.

In Sydney, Jason does some cooking at award-wnning Marque restaurant and meets with an upcoming pastry chef at The Blackstar Pastry. For some activities he tries grape stomping and quad biking.

Jason visits Brisbane, a city with a Public Art Trail and travels to Noosa to enjoy the Night Markets. He also visits acclaimed chef Peter Kuruvita who teaches him how to cook a Sri Lankan dish.

Across states and cities, Jason checks out restaurants, eateries, farms and vineyards amongst others; meeting up with restaurateurs, artisans, winemakers and farmers.
