A Fiance for Christmas

SAWYER AMES is a popular, successful OB/GYN in her small hometown. Because she’s so well liked, she’s invited to everyone’s most important events, and she’s growing weary of all the money she keeps spending on everyone’s registries, yet never having a reason for a registry of her own. In a moment of desperation, Sawyer enjoys a cathartic yet shortsighted fake registry spree at the nearest Bed, Bath & Beyond. When her friends and mother discover her fake registry, they believe she's gotten secretly engaged and decide to throw her the biggest surprise bridal shower. Too embarrassed to tell the truth, now Sawyer and her “fiancé” have to successfully navigate all the holiday parties and events in order to save Sawyer’s reputation and her chance to take over the clinic when her old-school boss retires at the end of the year.
